What we collect
We collect the email address used to verify an Ask B.J. question or create an account, questions submitted to Ask B.J., purchase and membership records, Study conversations and citations, credit balances and transactions, and basic website analytics.
How we use it
We use this information to return sourced answers, deliver Daily Thots, administer memberships, provide support, improve the experience, and send occasional Chiropractic Audio updates when permitted. Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe. Customers are removed from the marketing audience while their membership is active.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Supabase for accounts and data, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Google Analytics and PostHog for aggregate product analytics. OpenAI processes questions, relevant conversation context, and retrieved passages to generate interpretations. Study conversations are stored in Supabase so you can return to them. Ask B.J. question and answer text is not sent to Google Analytics or PostHog.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact support@chiropracticaudio.com.
Your Study conversations
Saved conversations are associated with your account and are not published to other visitors. They remain available when your credit balance reaches zero. Please do not submit patient names, identifying information, or confidential clinical records. To request deletion of your conversation history, contact support@chiropracticaudio.com. Payment records may be retained where necessary for accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Reviews and feedback
Reviews are linked privately to your account and purchase. We store your rating, review, chosen display name, optional role, publishing permission, and moderation history. Only reviews with your permission and our approval may appear publicly. Your email and purchase details are not published. Edit your review or withdraw permission in My Account. Changes remove the previous version from future page loads until approval; search engines or third parties may retain earlier copies. We retain private feedback and moderation records to provide support and manage reviews. Contact support to request deletion. Review invitations respect email preferences and include an unsubscribe link. Opting out does not stop purchased lessons or essential account messages.
Data protection
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We do not sell or rent personal information.
